ink stained pages

I am the scribe, also known, less dramatically, as Coltrane Chandler. I am the author of the series, Opus Mortis; a grimdark, horror, noir, dry comedic, dark fantasy, interweaving world of short stories. As of this moment, I have written Nine installations of Opus Mortis, but we have only just begun, and let it be known that as the series progresses, you, the reader, have the ability to influence its direction with your thoughts and ideas. I will be listening.

I hope to improve in both my writing prowess and my web design skills as time passes, and I will do my best to implement upgrades to make this interface as smooth and cool as possible. There’s, like, so much on here.

At the bottom of the homepage, should it work as intended, there are links to both my Instagram and my Patreon; the Instagram will host general content in relation to this site, Opus Mortis, my thoughts, and random aesthetics, while the Patreon, ideally, will host the same posts from this site, but, damn, what do you call them, subscribers?, members?, I don’t know, those who give me money, they get a buncha bonus content and all.

The stories themselves will always be free, hear me on that, but, heh, I would not mind you sliding me a couple of dollars to help keep the microwave on.

Anyways, it truly means the world to me to have someone like you take an interest in my weird, little melting pot of genre and narrative, and, truly, thank you for taking the time to read, and I hope you enjoy them.
